Rogerio is a Principal at Impactum Capital Advisors, where he leads all facets of the firm’s activities—from business origination and client execution to strategy and team development. Drawing on decades of hospitality and capital-markets experience, he oversees Impactum’s efforts to structure and source innovative debt and equity solutions for transformative tourism and real-estate projects across Latin America and the Caribbean.

An industry veteran with more than 25 years of real estate and hospitality experience, Rogerio has held leadership roles across international investment, advisory, and operating platforms. Prior to founding Impactum, he served as Head of Tourism for IDB Invest, the private-sector arm of the Inter-American Development Bank Group, where he helped position tourism as a driver of sustainable economic growth in the region.

His earlier experience includes serving as Chief Investment Officer at Key International, a Miami-based real estate investment firm, and as Executive Vice President of Acquisitions & Development at Terranum Hotels (dba Decameron Hotels), sponsored by Colombia’s Santo Domingo Group and the late Sam Zell’s Equity International. He began his career with over a decade at Ernst & Young, where he led the firm’s real estate and hospitality advisory practice in Latin America. He also gained his operational foundation with Four Seasons Hotels and InterContinental Hotels Group.

Rogerio is frequently quoted in industry publications and is a regular speaker at hospitality and investment conferences across the Americas and Europe. He holds a BBA from the College of William & Mary and an MBA degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. A multilingual professional, he is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with working knowledge of French.
